Effects of Microwave Frequencies and Essential Oils

Dr. Radwan Farag, dean of the Biochemistry Department at Cairo University, conducted a study and discovered that all enzymes in food are destroyed with just 2 seconds of microwave energy. This increases our enzyme deficiency and alters the frequency of the food. Heating food-containing proteins for 10 minutes in the microwave could change the molecular structure of the food, creating a harmful type of protein. Isn’t the price of this convenience too high in the loss of our health?

Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic energy, like radio waves. A microwave oven contains a magnetron, which produces micro wave-length radiation that interacts with the molecules in food. The wave energy from the microwave oven changes the polarity of molecules from positive to negative millions of times every second. The friction produces extreme heat and causes structural damage of the food molecules.

The nutritional value of food decreases up to 60 to 90 percent. Vitamin B12, needed for red blood cell formation, is greatly reduced. Microwave cooking also kills 97 percent of the flavonoids in the food that are some of the body’s nutrient soldiers that fight disease, inflammation, and microbes. Vitamins C & E, essential minerals and enzymes are virtually destroyed. Our cells are left extremely vulnerable to viruses, fungi, and other micro-organisms.

The commercial world would like to hide the truth. An article appeared in the 19th issue of the Journal Franz Weber, which stated, ” the consumption of food cooked in microwave ovens had cancerous effects on the blood. The violent deformations that can occur in the human body when exposed to microwaves are also seen in the food molecules cooked in microwaves. Studies conducted on food thawed, cooked and heated in microwaves showed that many food molecules became carcinogens. The glucoside and galactoside present in frozen foods converted into carcinogenic substances. Plant alkaloids in vegetables were converted in carcinogens. Milk and cereals heated in microwaves also had some of their acids converted into carcinogens.” On the cover of the magazine was a picture of the Grim Reaper holding a microwave oven in one of his hands.

What can we do? We can try to avoid some of it, probably not all of it, and look for ways to protect ourselves. One of these is the use of essential oils, which have been used for centuries for beautifying, healing, and protecting, both physically and spiritually.

The synthetic world of perfumes, soaps, lotions, potions, creams, cosmetics, and the vast food industry have lost the therapeutic qualities of essential oils. In the last decade essential oils have reemerged as viable products for natural healing and wellness from their mysterious past. Universities and laboratories all over the world are conducting studies on essential oils and allopathic medicine is starting to take notice.

With the scientific research being done, it has been discovered that essential oils are one of the highest known sources of antioxidants that can prevent free radical damage. The bio-electric frequencies the essential oils contain are several times greater than herbs and food, making the oils profoundly effective in raising the frequencies of the human body and aiding in the prevention of disease.

Dr. Sabina M. DeVita, in her book, Electromagnetic Pollution, states that because of the high frequency, high oxygenating molecules, fast delivery system to the cells, immune-building, antimicrobial properties, etc., essential oils become a necessary adjunct to protecting ourselves against free radical damage as well as the potential ravages of our electromagnetically polluted environment.
